As Ghent is an important tourist destination all year round and the month of June is especially busy for conferences and seminars, but also because the accommodation offer in hotels is limited, we highly recommend making your own reservations as early as possible. For PRRS 2015, we have pre-booked 3 nights (with arrival on June 3, departure on June 6, see deadlines below) in hotel rooms (prices between € 90,00-140,00) and youth hostels rooms (less then € 40,00) and negotiated special corporate fares with breakfast included (only the city tax of € 3,00 per person and per day is generally not included). We cannot offer any accommodation guarantee after those dates.
