Your registration as Participant includes:

- Attendance to all conferences and poster session
- The conference proceedings with the abstracts on a DVD
- The welcome reception
- The daily coffee breaks and lunches
- The congress dinner
- The open bar during the poster session

For accompanying persons, the fee covers the attendance to the welcome reception, congress dinner and open bar.

Accommodation and the Farewell Banquet are NOT included in the Participant/Accompanying person registration fee.

*For organizational reasons, please understand that on site registration will be very limited and additional fees will apply.


PAYMENT

Registration fees must be paid by credit/debit card (Visa, Master Card, Bancontact/Mistercash or Maestro). Two confirmation e-mails will be sent to you, one immediately after you register and a second one after we have checked your payment, which will not be immediate. This second confirmation email includes a pdf with details of your registration and payment and is your receipt, so please print it and bring it with you to the registration desk to receive your congress package.
If you have paid but still have not received the confirmation e-mail within 72 h, then contact us at: email.


CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellations of congress registration will be accepted in writing (addressed to: email) until May 15, 2015 with full refund (except bank costs at your charge). However, if cancellation is requested after May 15th or if you are a presenting author, your registration fee will not be refunded.
